If your GP has referred you, we will be in touch with an appointment as soon as possible. If you are an existing patient, we will respond to you directly.
If you see a doctor you have not seen before, a new patient consultation fee may apply.
If you are seeing the doctor for two or more separate skin conditions or concerns during the same appointment, a double consultation fee may apply at the clinic’s discretion.
Existing Patients
If it has been more than 12 months since your last visit, your next consultation may be billed as an initial consult. This ensures we have enough time to reassess your needs and provide the best possible care.
