If your GP has referred you, we will be in touch with an appointment as soon as possible. If you are an existing patient, we will respond to you directly.
New Patients – Booking an Appointment
All new patients must fill out the contact form below or have a GP referral sent to our clinic before we can book an appointment.
Once we have received your completed form or GP referral please allow up to a week for our specialists to triage your inquiry.
After your inquiry has been completed we will be in touch to arrange and appointment for you.
Existing Patients
If it has been more than 12 months since your last visit, your next consultation may be billed as an initial consult. This ensures we have enough time to reassess your needs and provide the best possible care.
